I’m passionate about helping others to live lives that are full and free. I’m first and foremost a therapist who truly believes in the goodness of the therapy process. Somewhere in the midst of relationship between two people healing, growth and change happen, and it is amazing. It’s also amazingly hard. But it’s worth it.  I’ve experienced this change through my personal therapy and I’ve seen it in many others… and yes, it is worth it.  That’s why I do this type of work and why I have my own private practice.

I’ve also discovered that I am an entrepreneur at heart.  I love the process of planning, developing, and creating something new . My mind thrives in this process – moving from an initial idea through the hard work of creating to celebrating the finished product.

So what better way to combine my passions, and my many years of business experience,  than to help therapists impact the lives of others in a positive way.  My goal is to connect therapists with those who are looking for someone to journey with them through life. This is accomplished through providing a wide variety of business consulting services for mental health practitioners.
